fire occurred in a guest room at our hotel at approximately 10:10 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026. We sincerely apologize to our guests and all those affected for the concern and inconvenience caused. Following activation of the automatic fire alarm system, our staff immediately responded to the room and extinguished the fire using fire extinguishers. We can confirm that no guests or members of staff were injured. The safety of the affected area has also been confirmed, and the hotel is currently operating as usual. The local fire department is currently investigating the cause of the fire. At this stage, the fire is suspected to have been caused by a power bank being charged. We remain fully committed to ensuring the safety and security of our guests and will continue to take all necessary measures to prevent similar incidents.
